The redesign project of a pet product sales website was led by me as a UX designer. The goal of the project was to improve the user experience when navigating the site, making the purchase journey more intuitive and enjoyable. To achieve this goal, I worked closely with the development team, analyzing the weaknesses of the old site and identifying areas that needed improvement. Based on this analysis, I developed a user-centered design strategy, which included creating a cleaner and more organized layout, improving the site’s information architecture, and optimizing navigation. Additionally, I used visual design techniques to make the brand identity more attractive and user-friendly.
